Cryptin.ai (the “site”) is a public research lab that studies AI and ML based crypto trading strategies. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All content published on Cryptin.ai — strategy performance, signals, ML predictions, market commentary — is for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, an offer to buy or sell, or a recommendation regarding any digital asset. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.

Performance metrics shown on the site are simulated using virtual capital on real market data and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Trading digital assets is highly risky; you may lose all of your capital. Only use funds you can afford to lose. Regulations vary by jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to check the rules that apply where you live.

You may use Cryptin.ai for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Place automated load on the site (scraping, bots, abuse).
• Re-publish content commercially elsewhere without attribution.
• Probe security without authorization (responsible disclosure is welcome at security@cryptin.ai).

Marks, logo, code, design and original content on the site belong to Cryptin.ai and may not be reproduced beyond personal use without permission. Third-party trademarks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

Cryptin.ai is a research lab. Any feature may be removed or changed and the site itself may become unavailable at any time. No specific service level is guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptin.ai and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, including loss of profits, data or trading losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
