Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Cryptin.ai website (cryptin.ai) and the linked official mobile app (“Coin Wise / Next Candle / Cryptin”) — together, the “Service”. The party using the Service is the “User” or “you”; the party providing it is “Cryptin.ai”, “we”.

By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Service.

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and not subject to any law in your jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the Service. It is your responsibility not to access the Service from a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

Cryptin.ai is a research lab where AI and machine-learning based crypto strategies are simulated using virtual capital on real market data. The Service:

• Is not a broker-dealer, investment firm or portfolio manager.
• Does not accept or custody money, digital assets or any other asset.
• Is not an exchange, broker or payment institution.
• Does not route orders or execute real trades on your behalf.

All content on the Service — strategy performance, signals, ML predictions, market commentary, price views — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, an order to buy or sell, or a recommendation regarding any digital asset.

All investment decisions are your sole responsibility. You should consult an independent, appropriately licensed financial adviser before making one. For details on risk, see our Risk Disclaimer.

Certain features of the mobile app may be offered through a paid subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not see your payment details.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation is performed through your store account.
• Refund requests follow the policies of the relevant store (Apple / Google).
• Prices, plans and feature scope may change with prior notice.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Place automated load on the Service (scraping, bots, crawlers) or extract content programmatically.
• Re-publish content commercially elsewhere without permission.
• Probe security or look for vulnerabilities (responsible disclosure is welcome at security@cryptin.ai).
• Distribute malware or interfere with other users' access.
• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing purposes.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to extract its source code (except where applicable law gives you that right).

Marks, logo, code, design, text, graphics, model parameters and original content on the Service belong to Cryptin.ai or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works beyond personal use without permission. Third-party marks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

Cryptin.ai is a research lab. Any feature may be changed, restricted or removed without notice, and the website or app may become unavailable at any time. No specific service level is committed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Cryptin.ai gives no warranty, express or implied, of accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptin.ai, its operators, officers, affiliates and employees:

• Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• This includes loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, digital-asset trading losses and lost opportunity costs.
• Are not responsible for the actions or outages of third-party providers (exchanges, hosting, app stores).

Where the law does not allow such limitation, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the net amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cryptin.ai, its operators, employees and affiliates against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

If we detect a use that violates these Terms or applicable law, we may limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice. For appeals or exceptional account-recovery requests, contact hello@cryptin.ai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are published on this page and the last updated date is refreshed. Continuing to use the Service after publication means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices. Statutory rights of consumers under their local law remain reserved and are not affected by this clause.

• Entire agreement: these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
• Severability: if any clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in effect.
• No waiver: failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent; we may assign in the context of a merger or acquisition.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, war, internet outage, third-party infrastructure failure, etc.).
